Innocent chimeura - Managing Director

Innocent Chimeura is the Founder and Managing Director of Alrotza Consultants PBC, a civil engineering and construction solutions company which was established in 2020.Alrotza’s CEO has a BSc Honours Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Zimbabwe. Prior to Alrotza, Innocent has worked as a Site Engineer at Spes Bona Renovations and Construction where he gained knowledge on supervising construction projects and the development of tender documents. Additionally, he was also an Assistant lecturer at the University of Zimbabwe.

Vongai Dirori Chimeura - Chief Operations Officer

Vongai Dirori Chimeura is the Chief Operations Officer of Alrotza Consultants PBC, a civil engineering and construction solutions company. Vongai is in charge of overseeing the administrative and operational functions of the consultancy. Strategic planning, streamlining internal processes, supervising project managers, managing resources and clients, are part of her daily duties. She is a qualified Development Practitioner with both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in development studies. Vongai is a renowned entrepreneur who has relative experience in managing a wide range of businesses in the construction, clothing, and beauty industry. Her business acumen improves the effectiveness and success of civil engineering projects.
